About Me
- Name: Michael Reshchikov
- Location: Richmond, Virginia, United States
I am an Associate Professor at Physics Department of Virginia Commonwealth University. My research is focused on experimental study of point defects in semiconductors by the photoluminescence method. Before coming to USA in 1997 I carried out research in Ioffe Physical Technical Institute from 1982.
